Overview

The Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities houses the Mayor’s Commission on People with Disabilities and the Office of ADA Compliance. Both offices work to make Philadelphia a better place for people with disabilities. Together these offices help ensure that people with disabilities have equal access to employment opportunities; accessible and affordable housing; elementary and secondary education; health care; recreation, arts and, culture; and government services and buildings.
