Save the Date: Creative Community Living Options Series 2022!
A few years ago, Vision for Equality, with DBHIDS’ support, created the Creative Community Living Options series. These are a variety of workshops, trainings and panels that offer learning opportunities designed to help those who care for someone experiencing an intellectual and/or developmental disability. The series is developed for families by families, in collaboration with topic experts, to ensure we deliver timely, accurate, and accessible information directly to the people who need it most.
This year will be no different! We have prepared different sessions that will cover a variety of topics that are intended to educate and empower all those who choose to attend. Most of these sessions will remain virtual for everyone to be able to participate from the comfort and safety of their homes, however we are also seeking to foster a sense of community and connection for participants, come join our active community!
