Family Navigator
We are looking for individuals to fill two Family Navigator positions in our Philadelphia Family Navigator Project.
Our Family Navigators will provide peer-to-peer support and assistance navigating the Intellectual disability/Autism system to individuals and their family members who receive services through this system.

We are looking for an individual to fill one an individual to work within our Family Support Program. This includes providing peer-to-peer support, assistance, and mentoring to family members of individuals with intellectual disability and/or autism, using the principals of Trauma Informed Care.
