September is self-care month! Being a caregiver is stressful and it’s easy to overlook our own needs as we care for others, which can increase our stress. Finding time and energy to nurture ourselves can be hard, but it’s not impossible. Join us for this 1h interactive workshop to learn how stress can impact our brains, identify your wellness needs, and discover simple ideas to nurture yourself in different domains of life. We will also walk you through how to create an easy self-care plan that you can implement right away so that you can be your best self! This workshop will be offered twice but you only have to register once. All who register will receive the recording and a copy of the presentation.
