PEAL works with families, youth and young adults with disabilities and special health care needs to help them understand their rights and advocate for themselves. Organization that funds and facilitates research that helps develop successful treatments and towards a cure, offers information about Fragile X to educate the public and increase awareness of the disease, and offers personal support for those with Fragile X and their families. Association for Adults with Developmental Disabilities is a social, recreational, and educational group for individuals with developmental disabilities. It gives men and women the opportunity to learn independent skills while meeting and having fun with people their own age. This program starts at age 18.
