UESF provides financial assistance to low-income individuals and families who are facing utility terminations or have had their utilities shut off. Income eligible customers who qualify for CRP (Customer Responsibility Program) receive a consistent, discounted bill each month to help them better afford their bills and keep gas service on – over the course of a year the average discount is 50% off your bill. 215-235-1000
