Andrew has been a board member since 2023. He is a trusts and estates attorney at a Philadelphia law firm. He grew up in Harrisburg, PA with two developmentally disabled siblings, instilling him with an early interest in disability rights and advocacy. Andrew earned a B.A. in Philosophy from Dickinson College and a J.D. and LLM (tax) from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
